3 PM – Reflect & Reset | Guided solo journaling | Explore what you're ready to release and what seeds you wish to plant for the months ahead. You are welcome to use the garden space at Cottage Grove Inn across the street during the retreat. |
3:30 PM – Tea & Rest Break | Quiet integration time | Enjoy warm tea, stretch, continue to journal, or walk outside for fresh air (no phones!). |
3:45 PM – Gong Nidra | Yoga Nidra aimed at alchemizing tension and old patterns | Rest in the space between wake and sleep as you hold a firm intention. |
4:45 PM – Closing Circle & Integration | Gentle discussion | Ground your experience and carry your renewed calm into the week. |
